Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and GSK Group LLC (“we”), which operates GSK Media. By creating an account you accept them. If you use GSK Media for a company, you confirm you may accept them for it.
The service
GSK Media makes short videos for your business: content plans, scripts, an AI twin of you or a drawn character on camera, editing, posting to the social networks you connect, and statistics that shape the next videos. It is for businesses and adults aged 18 or older.
Plans, billing and cancellation
- Plans: Start $349/month (10 videos), Growth $649/month (20 videos), Max $899/month (30 videos). Limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC); unused videos don’t carry over.
- Subscriptions renew monthly and are charged in advance through Stripe until you cancel. Taxes may apply.
- You can change or cancel your plan any time in Plan & billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid month.
- Refunds: if no video has been made in your current billing month, write to support@gskmedia.app within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. Otherwise payments are non-refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.
Your AI twin and voice
- You may only create a twin of yourself, from recordings of yourself, and you confirm you have the right to do so.
- Your twin and voice are used only for your account’s content. We do not sell them or let others use them. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
- You must not use GSK Media to impersonate anyone else, to mislead people about who is speaking, or for political, medical or financial claims you can’t support.
- Some networks require you to label AI-generated or altered content; you are responsible for following their rules.
Your content
- You own the videos and posts we make for you and the material you give us. You give us a license to use that material only to provide the service to you.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or pick (photos, logos, music, footage) and that it doesn’t break the law or others’ rights.
- You review what we make before it is posted, or let it post automatically at your choice. You are responsible for what is published on your accounts.
Acceptable use
No illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or deceptive content; no spam; no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; no sharing of your account. We may refuse to make a video, pause posting, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Third-party services
Posting and statistics depend on the social networks and on providers such as Stripe, Google and HeyGen. Their outages or rule changes can affect the service; we are not responsible for them, but we will help you work around them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep GSK Media available and improve it often. Features may change; if we remove something essential to your plan, you may cancel and get a pro-rated refund for the unused time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We don’t promise specific views, followers or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.
Termination
You can close your account any time by writing to support@gskmedia.app. We may end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that can’t be waived.
